Calculate the sum of all digits in a given positive integer. For negative numbers, treat them as their absolute value.
Examples:
Input: number = 1234
Output: 10
Explanation: 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10
Input: number = 999
Output: 27
Explanation: 9 + 9 + 9 = 27
Input: number = 0
Output: 0
Explanation: Single digit 0 returns 0
