Remove all HTML tags from a string and return only the plain text content. An HTML tag begins with a less-than sign and ends with a greater-than sign. Return null for null input and an empty string for empty input.
Examples:
Input: html = '<p>Hello World</p>'
Output: 'Hello World'
Explanation: The paragraph tags are removed, leaving the text
Input: html = '<div><b>Bold</b> and <i>italic</i></div>'
Output: 'Bold and italic'
Explanation: All nested tags are stripped
Input: html = 'No tags here'
Output: 'No tags here'
Explanation: Plain text is returned unchanged
Input: html = null
Output: null
Explanation: Null input returns null
Input: html = ''
Output: ''
Explanation: Empty string returns empty string
