Create a method that performs basic string manipulations:
- Convert the string to uppercase
- Remove any leading/trailing spaces
- Replace all occurrences of 'a' with '@'
Examples:
Input: text = " hello apex "
Output: "HELLO @PEX"
Input: text = "salesforce"
Output: "S@LESFORCE"
