Given a string, remove all leading and trailing spaces and collapse any sequence of consecutive spaces between words into a single space. Return an empty string if the input is null or blank.
Examples:
Input: text = ' hello world '
Output: 'hello world'
Explanation: Leading and trailing spaces removed, multiple spaces between words collapsed
Input: text = 'apex is fun'
Output: 'apex is fun'
Explanation: Multiple spaces between words reduced to single spaces
Input: text = ' salesforce '
Output: 'salesforce'
Explanation: Only leading and trailing spaces to remove
Input: text = ''
Output: ''
Explanation: Blank input returns empty string
Input: text = 'single'
Output: 'single'
Explanation: No extra spaces, return as-is
