Given a starting Date, return the next business day (Monday through Friday). Move forward one day at a time and skip Saturdays and Sundays. Return null when the input date is null.

Examples:

Date next = nextBusinessDay(Date.newInstance(2025, 10, 1));
// Results: 2025-10-02

Date afterFriday = nextBusinessDay(Date.newInstance(2025, 10, 3));
// Results: 2025-10-06
