Find the maximum integer value in a list of integers. Return null if the list is null or empty.
Examples:
Input: numbers = [1, 5, 3, 9, 2]
Output: 9
Explanation: The maximum value in the list is 9
Input: numbers = [-10, -5, -20, -1]
Output: -1
Explanation: The maximum value among negative numbers is -1
Input: numbers = []
Output: null
Explanation: Empty list returns null
