Examples:

Output: {'name' => 'John', 'age' => 30, 'isActive' => true}
Input: jsonString = '{"a":1,"b":2,"c":3}'
Output: {'a' => 1, 'b' => 2, 'c' => 3}
Input: jsonString = '{}'
Output: {}
