Check if a map is empty. Return true if the map has no key-value pairs, false otherwise.
Examples:
Input: myMap = {}
Output: true
Explanation: The map has no key-value pairs, so it is empty
Input: myMap = {'name' => 'John', 'age' => '30'}
Output: false
Explanation: The map contains two key-value pairs, so it is not empty
