Output: 'Monday'
Explanation: January 13, 2025 is a Monday
Input: inputDate = Date.newInstance(2025, 1, 11)
Output: 'Saturday'
Explanation: January 11, 2025 is a Saturday
Input: inputDate = null
Output: null
Explanation: Null input returns null
