Given a phrase containing one or more words separated by spaces, return the acronym formed by taking the first letter of each word and converting it to uppercase.
Return null if the input is null. Return an empty string if the input is empty or contains only whitespace.
Examples:
Input: phrase = 'World Health Organization'
Output: 'WHO'
Explanation: W from World, H from Health, O from Organization
Input: phrase = 'as soon as possible'
Output: 'ASAP'
Explanation: Take the first letter of each word and convert to uppercase
Input: phrase = 'National Aeronautics and Space Administration'
Output: 'NASA'
Explanation: N, A, a becomes A, S, A
Input: phrase = null
Output: null
Input: phrase = ''
Output: ''
