Given a list of integers, sort the elements by their frequency in descending order (most frequent first). If two elements have the same frequency, sort them by value in ascending order. Return a list of unique elements in this sorted order.

Examples:

Input: numbers = [1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 3] Output: [2, 1, 3] Explanation: 2 appears 3 times, 1 appears 2 times, 3 appears 1 time Input: numbers = [4, 4, 5, 5] Output: [4, 5] Explanation: Both appear 2 times, sorted by value (4 before 5) Input: numbers = [7] Output: [7] Explanation: Single element list returns the element Input: numbers = [] Output: [] Explanation: Empty list returns empty list
