Given a list of integers, return a list containing only the values that appear more than once. Each duplicate value should appear exactly once in the result, sorted in ascending order. If no duplicates exist, return an empty list.
Examples:
Input: numbers = [1, 2, 3, 2, 4, 3, 5]
Output: [2, 3]
Explanation: Both 2 and 3 appear twice, so they are included in the result sorted in ascending order
Input: numbers = [1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 3]
Output: [1, 2]
Explanation: Both 1 and 2 appear more than once, result is sorted
Input: numbers = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Output: []
Explanation: No duplicates exist, return empty list
