Calculate the average value of all numbers in a list. Return 0 if the list is empty or null.
Examples:
Input: numbers = [10, 20, 30, 40, 50]
Output: 30
Explanation: The sum is 150, divided by 5 elements gives an average of 30
Input: numbers = [5, 5, 5, 5]
Output: 5
Explanation: All values are 5, so the average is also 5
