Find all keys in a map that match a given pattern. Return a list of matching keys sorted alphabetically. The pattern uses '*' as a wildcard that matches any characters.
Examples:
Input: map = {'user1': 'John', 'admin1': 'Jane', 'user2': 'Bob'}, pattern = 'user*'
Output: ['user1', 'user2']
Explanation: Found all keys starting with 'user' and sorted them alphabetically
Input: map = {'SF-001': 'Account', 'NY-002': 'Contact', 'SF-003': 'Lead'}, pattern = 'SF-*'
Output: ['SF-001', 'SF-003']
Explanation: Found all keys starting with 'SF-' and sorted them alphabetically
