Explanation: Returns accounts with 100-500 employees, sorted by name
Input: minEmployees = 1000, maxEmployees = 5000
Output: ['Enterprise Account A', 'Enterprise Account B', ...]
Explanation: Returns accounts with 1000-5000 employees, sorted by name
Input: minEmployees = 10000, maxEmployees = 50000
Output: []
Explanation: No accounts have that many employees
