Create a method that filters a map based on a minimum threshold value. Return a new map containing only the entries where the value is greater than the threshold.
Examples:
Input: map = {'a': 1, 'b': 2, 'c': 3, 'd': 4}, threshold = 2
Output: {'c': 3, 'd': 4}
Explanation: Only entries with values greater than 2 are included
Input: map = {'red': 5, 'green': 10, 'blue': 15, 'yellow': 8}, threshold = 10
Output: {'blue': 15}
Explanation: Only entries with values greater than 10 are included
