Create a method that validates if a given string is a valid email address.
A valid email must:
- Contain exactly one @ symbol
- Have at least one character before the @
- Have at least one character between @ and .
- Have at least two characters after the last .
- Not contain spaces
Examples:
Input: email = "test@example.com"
Output: true
Explanation: This is a valid email format
Input: email = "invalid.email@com"
Output: false
Explanation: Missing domain after dot
