Examples:

Output: 9
Explanation: 9 days between the dates
Input: startDate = 2025-01-10, endDate = 2025-01-01
Output: 9
Explanation: Same result regardless of order
Input: startDate = 2025-01-01, endDate = 2025-01-01
Output: 0
Explanation: Same date returns 0
