Use the REST Countries API to fetch countries that use a given currency code. Call https://restcountries.com/v3.1/currency/{currencyCode} and return the common names of the countries sorted alphabetically. Accept currency codes in any case and trim whitespace. Return an empty list when the currency code is null, blank, or when the API does not return data.
