Write a method that counts the total number of employees across all accounts grouped by BillingCountry. The method should return a map where keys are country names and values are total employee counts. Only include countries with at least one employee.

Method Signature:

public static Map<String, Integer> countEmployeesByCountry()

Examples:

Example output:

{'USA' => 5500, 'Canada' => 1200, 'UK' => 3000, 'Japan' => 2100}

This represents the sum of NumberOfEmployees for all accounts in each country. Countries with null NumberOfEmployees are excluded from the results.
