Create a method that converts a string to title case where the first letter of each word is capitalized and all other letters are lowercase. Words are separated by spaces.
Examples:
Input: text = 'hello world'
Output: 'Hello World'
Explanation: First letter of each word is capitalized
Input: text = 'APEX programming'
Output: 'Apex Programming'
Explanation: All letters converted to lowercase except first letter of each word
Input: text = 'the quick brown fox'
Output: 'The Quick Brown Fox'
Explanation: Each word starts with capital letter
Input: text = 'a b c'
Output: 'A B C'
Explanation: Single character words are capitalized
