Calculate the average value of numbers in a list. If the list is empty, return 0.
Examples:
Input: numbers = [10, 20, 30, 40, 50]
Output: 30
Explanation: The sum of all numbers is 150, divided by 5 gives 30
Input: numbers = []
Output: 0
Explanation: Empty list returns 0
