Output: 33 (assuming current date is 2023-12-01)
Explanation: The person was born on May 15, 1990 and is 33 years old as of December 1, 2023
Input: birthDate = Date.newInstance(2023, 1, 1)
Output: 0 (assuming current date is 2023-12-01)
Explanation: The person was born in the current year and is less than 1 year old
