The method should:
- Use SOQL to query accounts with AnnualRevenue between minRevenue and maxRevenue
- Include accounts where AnnualRevenue >= minRevenue AND AnnualRevenue <= maxRevenue
- Order results by Name alphabetically
- Handle null revenue values by excluding them
- Return a List<String> of account names
