# About Lightning Challenge

Lightning Challenge is a practice platform for Salesforce developers: daily Apex and LWC coding challenges graded against real code, guided lessons, and Platform Developer I (PD1) exam prep.

Lightning Challenge was founded by Warren Walters, a Salesforce MVP with more than a decade of Salesforce and software development experience. The goal is simple: help Salesforce developers get better by writing real code every day, not by memorizing answers.

## What we offer

- Daily Apex and LWC coding challenges, graded automatically.
- Guided lessons and learning paths, including Platform Developer I (PD1) exam prep.
- A points system and leaderboard, with monthly contests and prizes.
- Wally, an AI assistant that gives hints without giving away answers.
